Data Deletion Request
What data we store
Account identity
Your Firebase user ID and, if you linked a Google account, your Google display name and profile photo URL.
Leaderboard scores
Your daily, weekly, and monthly step counts and streak length stored in Firestore to power the in-app leaderboards.
Game progress
FootPrints balance, inventory, equipped items, and walk history stored locally on your device and optionally backed up to Firestore.
Delete your data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the WALKn app: open the Profile tab → Account → Delete Account. This immediately removes your data from our servers.
If you no longer have access to the app or need additional assistance, send us a deletion request by email and we will process it within 30 days.
Include your Firebase UID or the Google account email you used with WALKn.
